OBITUARY
Sheila G. Bell, 79, passed away on October 25, 2021 while in hospice care near her home in Chapel Hill, North Carolina from complications related to advanced dementia and Alzheimer's disease.   Sheila was born in Luton, England to James and Catherine O' Neill on March 25, 1942.  She lived and went to school in Dunstable, England and there also earned the equivalent of an Associates Degree in Administration.  She married Ian Bell on...  see more
