OBITUARY
Born in Smithfield, NC and raised on a farm in Four Oaks, Sandra was a small-town girl with big world dreams. She was the youngest of 10 children and her love of books and education was unmistakable. She married young, at age 17, she was a mother at 19, and a single mom by 22. Her desire for an education never faltered.     I met Sandra at the Y in a water class. She told me about liking a Nia class she was doing. I tried it, loved it, and danced in a group with Sandra
