OBITUARY
Richard Tingle, known as Richard to family and friends, Sunshine to his coworkers, and Bustah to his internet friends passed on Saturday, November 20, 2021.   Richard was a frontline emergency room healthcare worker, and will be remembered for his love of internet radio broadcasting and leather crafting.   Richard joins his brother Billy Hill, father Steven Hill and mother Kathleen Hill, but is survived by his daughter Samantha...  see more
