OBITUARY
Richard Alan Higgins, 64, of Loveland, Colorado, passed away surrounded by his loving family late Sunday night 7/7/19.  He is remembered for his love of nature, music, and active lifestyle.  He was a dedicated and adoring husband and father.  He is survived by his wife, Pamela Higgins and 2 children, Jessica and Duane.
