(1) GOOD CONDUCT MEDAL [1st award] (2) SEA SERVICE RIBBON [1st award] (3) EXPERT RIFLE [7th award, M-16] (4) PISTOL SHARPSHOOTER, a 1911/.45 caliber (5) Commanding Generals Meritorious Mass (6) Commanding Officers Meritorious Mass.
His burial took place at Barrancas National Cemetery, NAS Mainside, Pensacola, Escambia County, Florida. His remains were cremated and a military service was performed in his honor. His grave site is listed as SECTION 70 SITE 160.
