Raymond Edward Mansur was born on March 22, 1967 to Edward Raymond and Rose Marie Mansur in Alhambra, CA. He was the youngest of three children.
Ray attended Temple City High School and played water polo. He went on to graduate from California Polytechnic University, Pomona, with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. During his time in college he also was a proud brother of Sigma Nu Fraternity and served as the Chapter's President. Since then, through hard work and dedication he was able to progress in his career and become a Senior Principal at Stantec.
In 1992, he met Julie Rasmussen in Arcadia while watching his favorite team, the Miami Dolphins, play Monday Night Football. Sharing the same faith, having the same values, and loving the same football team brought them together in a bond that lasted 30 years.
They went on to bring two beautiful and talented children into the world, Jacob Edward and Sarah Rebecca. There was nothing he loved more than his family and his children. He was an extremely active and hands-on father. He coached and attended both the children's soccer, little league, basketball, and football games. Through these sports teams, he was able to motivate and inspire all of the children he coached serving as a mentor and a role model.
For anyone who knew Ray, they would know that he was one of the most devoted, loyal, personable, charismatic, compassionate, and hilarious people out there. If family or friends needed anything, he was always willing to help because his loved ones were the most important people in his life.
Raymond Edward Mansur passed into God's hands on the evening of November 8, 2024. He leaves behind:

Aunt - Samm
Nieces - Rebecca, Nicole, Chloe, Gabriella
Nephews- David, Steven, Colby, Ian, and Theodore
He also leaves behind other extended loving family, his best friends in the world, and his coworkers.
Ray was a father, son, husband, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend that will be forever missed.
