OBITUARY
Randall Dale Frasier, 72, passed away September 2021 in Rockwall, Texas. He enjoyed deep conversation, modern and abstract art, and being the loudest, proudest Texas Aggie football fan.Randall was born in Dallas, Texas, to Roy and Hilda Frasier.
