Peggy (Margaret) Goatley December 3, 1922- December 26, 2019. Peggy (Margaret) Goatley, 97, of Park Forest, passed from this life Thursday, December 26, 2019. She was born December 3, 1922 in Fitchburg, Massachusetts to the late Hugh and Hannah Gallagher. Peggy was a retired court advocate at Crisis Center for South Suburbia.
