Meet and spend time with other folks whose lives were touched by Mike, share stories and memories and Dad jokes, laugh, toast, and remember a life very well lived.
The event will be an open house: arrive anytime, stay for a little or a lot of time.
We will have a microphone available for anyone who would like to make a toast to Mike or tell a story.
Food and soft drinks will be provided, and of course, CRAFT BEER!
Do you have any photos of Mike that you would like to share for the slide show we are planning? If so, post them on the main page of this site under Posts & Photos.

The friendship was cemented immediately and the ensuing antics and shenanigans over the years are cherished. From the "appropriation" of transportation (golf carts), to aerial assaults' on Disneyworld and our annual early morning tour of the Warbird line at Sun N Fun in a top down convertible with Flight of the Valkyries blaring, we had amazing times together. We always amazed at Mike's incredible eye for composition, we particularly enjoyed his black & white photography.
The world was a brighter place for your presence and a little dimmer with your departure. You are one class act my friend, I hope to see you again soon. less

We shared more than a few glasses, told lots of stories, and just had a great time together. I'm so glad I got to see Mike and the Collins family in my beloved Montana a few years back, and could share the love of huckleberries!
Mike, I think about you often, and send peace to your family. Save a cold one for mez and I'll see you when I get there.

In fact, as I would visit him and sit down, he'd almost dissapear from sight because of this. I could see him moving the computer mouse while holding his arm up over the stacks to find a flat surface:) Have great memories of working with Mike, he was such a good friend and person. Miss him dearly. less
