On Wednesday, April 29,2020, Michelle Hines Montgomery passed away at 63 years of age.  Michelle, known as Mickey all her life was born on October 26, 1956 in Chateauroux Air Force base in France to the late Robert and Andree Hines.  Mickey captured the hearts of everyone she met with her smile.  She along with her late husband Joe Bailey Montgomery owned a small business in Port lavaca, Tx before settling down in Moody Tx and farming during her later years.  After her husbands passed away she moved back to south Texas.  Mickey had a precious love for the Lord and her most loved worldly possession were her children and grandchildren.  Mickey was the mother of three and raised a grandson as her own son after the death of her daughter.  As well she was the grandmother to 5 additional grandchildren.
Mickey is proceeded in death by her parents Robert Ray and Andree Ann Gabrielle Hines. Her husband Joe Bailey Montgomery, Daughter Christina Renee Gisler, Son Charles Lee Gisler, and niece Dawn (Nikki) Stucky.
Mickey is survived by her son Daniel Allen Gisler and wife Tabitha of Victoria, TX,  Son/Grandson Dalton Allen Daughtery of Victoria, TX, Brother Robert (Bob) Hines and wife Kathy of Wichita Falls, TX, Sister Ginette Lindsey and husband Jimmy of Burkburnett, as well as Grandsons Jacob Gisler of Austin, Tx, Dillan Gisler of Victoria, TX and Grandaughters, Brittany, Hannah, and Hailey Gisler of Victoria, TX and many nieces and nephews.

There will be a  memorial ceremony for Mickey Montgomery on May 5, 2020 at Faith Family Church at 10:00 am.  The address is 2002 E. Mockingbird Ln, Victoria TX 77904.  Due to social distancing requirements her family is restricting attendance to invite only. Officiated by Pastor Larry Helmes.
