Matthew Benjamin Miller unexpectedly passed away on June 21, 2022 at his home in Alameda, CA at the age of 41. Matt was born on January 4, 1981 to Walter and Shirley Miller in Bend, OR.

Matt is a graduate of Mountain View High School class of 1999. He joined the Marines Corps after graduation and served from 1999 to 2003. Post military, Matt attended Oregon State University Cascades Campus where he graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Later, Matt earned his Master’s degree in Health Care Administration from Pacific University in 2013.

Matt worked in healthcare consulting, traveling frequently to meet with clients throughout the country. In his free time, Matt greatly enjoyed pursuing his passions of fly fishing, hunting, spending time with loved ones and being the life of the party. His larger than life personality will be missed tremendously.

Matt is survived by his loving parents of Tucson, AZ; his beloved sister Alicia Miller of Portland, OR; dearest daughter Abigail Rose Miller of Gladstone, OR; and adoring partner Liana Hamilton of Alameda, CA.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in his name to the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) or Trout Unlimited.
