Mark is survived by his mother, brother, sister and his two daughters Aimee and Zoe.
It takes a minute to find a special person, an hour to appreciate them, and a day to love them, but it takes an entire lifetime to forget them.
Mark was a devoted father and will be dearly missed by family and friends.
Mark was a real gentleman who was sadly taken too soon. His colleagues will miss his wonderful sense of humour and a calm demeanour which made him very popular within his team and the wider office.
Mark, thanks for being a great friend and for making me laugh so much. I will miss our chats and the fun times we had together. All I have now are memories. You will always remain in my thoughts.
Mark, you were a kind and caring person, who took the time to explain what you meant in layman’s terms, and never minded when I asked you to show me what you meant, many times in some cases.

We both cycled to work, and I could tell when it was a wet day by the clothes festooning the office to dry out, although luckily, it was mainly just your outer clothes 😉 …. I think if you could have got away with it, you would have strung a line over the window in the atrium to dry everything out 😃
Mark, you will be remembered fondly and sorely missed less

I am truly at a loss for words. How do you say goodbye to a dear friend that has impacted your life as much as you have touched mine. I have been checking my phone everyday since 03Aug2020 waiting for a message or sending a message to you about a new song i heard , or just to catch up. I miss you terribly and cannot imagine a world without your bright smile, humor, kindness and LIGHT.
I am so happy i said yes to taking on this one project 7.5 years ago- it was your first study in programming. I am grateful that i found a friend in you and we shared our life, knowledge, stories, exchanged songs, finished songs the other would start in text.
Agh, i I remember how excited you were when you found your Japanese Maple. You took your eldest Aimee to see it before diving in and buying this huge plant and you planted it on your own. You sent a picture of you and Aimee with it.. so proud. .. I continue to read the Japanese Maple poem you posted on FB written by Clive.
You truly are an amazing father .. you can see it in your girls everyday. They are blessed to have you and the memories will live forever. Sending love to your family and loved ones Rest easy my friend and catch you on the other side of the rainbow. I still have that pot of gold waiting for you from my cruise so many years ago. Love you lots Anita less

You really are a gentleman in every sense of the word. I have no idea why you wanted to talk with such a loud and brash idiot as me, but I appreciated our every conversation and miss it all so much now. Mark was one of the world's gentlemen. He was a wonderful person and will be greatly missed at work. The office wasn't the same without him. My thoughts and prayers are with his family at this time.

He was such a great colleague and an even greater friend. His optimistic outlook amazed and humbled me. I enjoyed hearing about his past and his great love for his family. I am Christian and asked if he wanted prayer - he replied for his daughters. It was an honour and a privilege to know him and I am so very saddened by his passing.
My thoughts and prayers are with his daughters and girlfriend less
Mark was a man who was truly a joy to be around, always calm, kind and fun to be around.
I have missed his presence in the office ever since he was taken ill and I will continue to miss him day to day. He was a great guy inside and outside work.
