Mario was born on July 14, 1959 in Sampaloc, Manila, Philippines to Tomas Solis Molina and Juliana Dimaraan Ronquillo. He migrated to Oakland, CA United States in 1969 at age 10. He later attended Oakland Technical High School and graduated in 1977. He graduated from Heald College in Oakland in 1985 with an Associates Degree in Electronics Technology. Mario's entrepreneurial spirit quickly overtook his technical interests and was front and center in each of his professional endeavors. Entrepreneurship became the foundation for his love of real estate. Mario has been involved in real estate sales and investing for over 20 years and got his Real Estate Salesperson License in 2005 then later received his Real Estate Broker License in 2017.
Mario's affiliations were many and varied greatly. In the 80s-90s, he was known in the Biyak 29 CB Radio Club as "Sidewinder", where he would spend countless hours talking on his CB radio connecting with other members. Lately, Mario's love for Harley Davidson motorcycles led him to his membership in the Showtime Motorcycle Club of Sacramento where he shared his love for bikes and rode with other members participating in meetups and charity rides. His lasting bond with his band of brothers of the Jr. Oakland Boys is where his heart and soul was deeply rooted for over 4 decades and where friends became family. He truly treasured those friendships and communities. Mario had a gift of the gab and an uncanny ability to reach people in a deep and positive way. He used this gift to serve God by serving others as an usher, an outreach director, a mentor and missionary at church and around the world ever since he dedicated his life to the Lord in 1998.
Mario was survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Jhulee; his son and daughter-in-law, Christopher and Amy respectively; his daughter and future son-in-law, Janessa and Josh respectively; and his grandsons, Jeremiah, Adriel, and Domenic.
