Marianne M Szczesny, 62, of Harlingen, TX, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loved ones on 10/06/2019.

She was born to parents Leonard & Carol Szczesny, on 08/08/1957 in Chicago, IL. She was the youngest of six children.

She had always wanted to move to Texas when she retired and made that possible for herself. She had made a bunch of friends in her neighborhood and continually remained busy! Marianne loved going to the beach, watch the local bands on South Padre Island, & explore new places. She always thought of and loved everyone deeply.

Marianne is survived by her children; Larraine (Daniel) Wimberley of Sycamore, IL, Ralph Hopp III of Carnegie, OK, & Patricia (Michael) Saylors of Roscoe, IL. Her six grandchildren; Brianna, Megan, Angelina, Sarah, Jacob & Madison. Her siblings; William (Bertha) Szczesny of St Charles, IL, Judy (Robert) Currie of New Albany, IN, & John (Linda) Szczesny of Laguna Vista, TX. 

She was preceded in death by her father and mother, her sister Linda & her brother, Gary. 

The Celebration of Life is on 03/15/2020.
