Unfortunately the current pandemic has made holding a funeral or memorial unsafe. In lieu of these events we have created a digital memorial to celebrate the life of Mallory Schwarz. Collecting your stories and memories here will offer us great comfort. Thank you for contributing to this lasting memorial.
OBITUARY
Mallory was a free and loving spirit who loved hanging out in record stores. Her family is devastated by this loss and appreciates the love and comfort that friends have offered at this time. She is gone too soon and will be dearly missed. If you choose to donate to the memorial expenses for Mallory, any excess funds will be donated by the family to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.

We were both struggling in Biology 101 and happened to sit next to each other so we started studying together. Over time we started talking about Star Trek and music and became close friends. Mallory was one of the most genuine and intelligent people I have ever known. It's hard to believe that I only knew her for 4 years, it felt like so much longer. She was always around to help with art projects and to give me an honest opinion on pretty much everything. She brought so much joy and light and music into my life and I know I wouldn't be who I am today without her friendship. I wish I'd been able to spend more time with her. less
