Our Mom, Lydia, was a wonderful, strong, loving mother and grandmother. She and Dad had a fairytale romance, rare and beautiful. They complemented one another so well. 
Mom and I were close. I called her almost every day. I called her for advice, to complain, to commiserate, and share joy. 
One joy she shared was helping me raise my son, Bryan. She felt like her was her fourth child at times. They played board games together, went to the park, watched movies and yes, he convinced her to play an occasional video game. Mom was real therefore us after my divorce. I was always able to count on her.
i love her more than I can say and will miss her every day.
