Leon "Tinker" Frank SawnJuly 9, 1941 - April 3, 2021Leon Frank Sawn, 79, of Annapolis, MD died peacefully Saturday, April 3, 2021 surrounded by his loving family.  He was born in Glens Falls, NY, son of the late Harold Clayton and Naomi Mabel Sawn.Leon, lovingly known as "Tinker", proudly served in the US Navy and the US Army Reserves.  He worked as a plant manager in the plastic industry in his early years.  He dedicated his later...  see more
