OBITUARY
Kevin Sean Phillips, 61, of Upper Marlboro, MD died suddenly at his workplace on August 10, 2020. He was born on February 15, 1959 in Fairbanks, Alaska to the late Donald Phillips and Margaret Vrhovac Phillips. He lived in Dundalk, MD during the years of elementary school and later moved with his family  to Bowie, MD which was the place he considered home.
