The most wasted of all days is one without laughter
e. e. cummings
Kevin Daniel Grubb brought joy and laughter to the lives of everyone he came in contact with. Kevin never met a stranger and had a wicked sense of humor. He took pride in making his wife laugh often each day. He loved all animals, especially Shiba Inus, and was the best doggie daddy. Kevin was full of love and tried to make life a series of fun adventures. He loved music (except country), travel, Pittsburgh Penguins and Colorado Avalanche hockey and University of Georgia football. A native Georgian (born in DeKalb County), Kevin also loved his adopted home state of Colorado and very much enjoyed working in the medical marijuana industry.
After emergency surgery, Kevin unexpectedly passed away with his wife, Jami Leichliter of Arvada, Colorado, by his side on February 9, 2021 in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
Kevin was preceded in death by his father, Daniel T. Grubb, and his pups Muffin, Jordan, Dylan, Duke and Ginger.
Kevin is also survived by his mother, Dorothy Grubb (Cavender) of Stone Mountain, GA and his sister and brother-in-law’s family of Cumming, GA: Kelly (Grubb) and Ricky Mosley and their children Ashley, Patrick and Lindsay. He also leaves behind his beloved Shiba Inus, Katie and Kuma.
