OBITUARY
It is no secret that Joe Silva made an impact on many lives thoughout his lifetime. His life expereince centered around one thing, his work in law enforcement. He was a character that will always be rememebered thoughout the halls of the department. We will always remember his laugh, his love of Harley's and his knack for living life to its fullest no matter what he was doing.
