OBITUARY
John William Keeter was born June 27, 1943 in Edenton, NC. He spent 20 years in the United States Navy and then went on to own a successful accounting firm in Chesapeake for another 20 years. After retiring, he came to help his daughter, Ameena, for one tax season preparing tax returns and then ending up coming back for 12 more years.
