He was the first of 4 children born to Jessie Albert Acosta Sr. and Yvonne Acosta.
At a very young age Little Albert, began working in his father's Plastering company, Big Al's Plastering, becoming very proficient in his trade, by the age of 16 he was working full time along his father's side. He was extremely proud of the projects his father and he completed together. Later, he worked for various contracting companies where he also learned a variety of trades including drywalling and painting. He was a "jack of all trades", but his passion remained plastering and his eyes would light up as he would pass by a new construction site as he'd admire their plastering work and the architecture.
Even as young child Little Albert's adventurous and fun loving spirit was evident. His personality was unparallel. He was extremely charming. That magnetic characteristic made others naturally levitate towards him. He was a kind soul who loved giving and doing things for others. He loved animals; especially dogs and they too levitated to him. As a child, he would sleep with his grandma's dog's litter and the momma would care for him too. He loved to go around collecting bugs and for some odd reason he could reach into a hive and bees would swarm him but never sting him. He was a natural bee tamer; but perhaps his most remarkable personality trait was his amazing sense of humor. He had an amazing, almost childlike humor that he carried from a young age into adulthood. He had the capability to laugh through any circumstance and more importantly make others laugh.
He loved his family very much. His mother and father's well-being were always him main priority. His dad was his best friend and mentor. Growing up his sister Marina was his " partner in crime". Being so close in age they did everything together. As a big brother he was protective of his younger siblings Michael and Sabrina. Michael later became his confident his companion. Sabrina would always be that baby sister he couldn't bare to see grow up. His niece Destiny and nephew Gary in his eyes were like his own.
Little Albert was father to 6 children. Jesse Anthony, Jessie Albert , Violet, Isaiah, Arabella and his step son Elias. He loved all his children very much. His fun loving nature rolled over into his role as a father. He would join his kids on play structures and drag them around in ice chests. He would like to tease them and poke fun with them. He enjoyed dancing with his daughter Violet making TicToc videos. He ran around and played with them without a care in the world.
Little Albert loved family time. Some of his happiest moments in life was when he could get together with his aunts, uncles, and cousins. Which is probably why he loved holidays. He looked forward to Easter every year the most because he knew he'd get to see his cousins.
Albert was very loved by many.
He leaves behind his mother, Yvonne Acosta. His siblings Marina Acosta, Micheal Acosta and his wife Isabella Alvarez, and Sabrina Gonzalez and her husband Jesus Gonzalez. His children Jesse Anthony Acosta, Jessie Albert Acosta III, Violet Marie Acosta, Isaiah Albert Acosta, Arabella Celeste Acosta and step son Elias Matthew Martin. A grand-daughter, Calliope Acosta. His grand-mother Maria Gutierrez. The woman who he considered his wife for 10 years, Maggie Martin, as well as the mother's of his other children Jessica Romero and Angela Velasquez.
He has now gone home to meet those who left before him. His father Jessie Albert Acosta Sr., his grandfather Margarito Acosta and grandmother Francisca Acosta and Grandfather Joe Fraijo; but his spirit will live on
