OBITUARY
Janice Keel, 74, of Ellicott City, Maryland, passed Tuesday, July 23, 2019. Janice was born to William Wilkinson, and Betty Wilkinson, November 16, 1944 in Chicago Illinois. She worked as a missionary in Seoul Korea from 1971 until 1984, lived in upstate New York, Elicott City, Maryland and later in Northwest Arkansas. She attended Moody Bible Institute.
