OBITUARY
James George Elbert II passed away on June 13, 2021 at age of 36, in Martinez, California. A former Navy corpsman, it was natural for him to put others before himself. Kind and bold in nature, he selflessly spent his final moments rescuing two dogs from danger. James George Elbert II passed away on June 13, 2021 at age of 36, in Martinez, California. A former Navy corpsman, it was natural for him to put others before himself. Kind and bold in nature, he selflessly spent his final moments rescuing two dogs from danger. With his passing we lost a good man.
James is survived and greatly loved by his wife, Joanne, son, Noah, step daughter, Naomi, father and mother, James and Mary Ann, sisters, Marian and Daphne, brother-in-laws, Derek and Scott. His funny and loving nature will be sorely missed by his family, friends, and extended family that served with him in the military.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday July 28, 2021 at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park. Burial to follow at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery.
