OBITUARY

Hercules (Sandy) T. Millsap, Jr., age 70, gained his wings on Sunday, December 6th. Born on December 21, 1949 in Birmingham, Alabama to the late Josephine and Hercules Millsap, Sr. he moved to Cleveland in the late 1960s, but always remained close to family and friends in his home state of Alabama. Sandy was loved and respected by all who knew him. One thing for sure and two things for certain, he was going to tell you like it is.... see more
