He was a program manager in the Shillelagh Missile Program Office. We met because I was working on Shillelagh things in a department called "Reliability." We got along well and pretty soon Harry rescued me from Reliability and put me in his program office. Thereafter I worked for Harry for many years. He was a great boss. He knew when to leave me alone and he figured out when I needed help. And he made me laugh alot. I can't think of anyone who has made me laugh more. We made many business trips together and usually played gin rummy on the plane (for money). We never settled-up, so I probably owe his estate a very large, but indeterminate sum. I loved Harry and I regret not seeing him more in recent years.
