OBITUARY
Francisco “Frank” Lopez, of San Leandro, CA, passed away unexpectedly on Monday July 12, 2021 at the age of 87. Francisco was born in Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico on December 4, 1933.   Frank came to the United States to pursue the many opportunities afforded by this country.
