Edward James “Jim” Sills III, 76, of Vienna , VA passed away in his home on June 6, 2021.

He was born May 4, 1945 in Escambia County, Florida. He graduated From Falls Church High school in Falls Church, VA. He worked with horses alongside his brother Chris at the Chesapeake Ranch Estates and was a musician and realtor for many years before starting an innovative computer repair/networking company. He married his loving wife, Josette Hawkes Sills on November 10, 1979.

He spent his time enriching the lives of his Wife, Grandchildren, friends, family and neighbors with his positive attitude and abundant love.  He was loved by so many and will forever be missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ruth Sills and Edward Sills, JR. He was also preceded by his loving wife of 42 years, Josette Hawkes Sills in February of 2012.

He is survived by his loving brother Chris Sills, his sister-in-law Peggy Hawkes, his stepdaughter Holly, his two grandchildren Bryan and Alyssa, and his Great-Grandchild Corinne.

He has requested no memorial service or funeral and included this final message:

“Those who knew me will remember me. My body will only be a shell. My soul will rest with Jesus Christ and God, the father of Christianity”
