Donna Wyatt Jenkins was born on July 9, 1955 in Kansas City, Kansas to Donald Dean Wyatt and the late Frances Wyatt-Cooke. She was preceded in death by her son, Donzell Lamont Wyatt. She peacefully departed this life on May 3, 2019.
She accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Palestine Missionary Baptist Church. She attended Central Senior High School in Kansas City, Missouri and was a graduate of the Class of 1973. She attended Howard University to pursue a career in dentistry but changed direction when she fell in love with food service.
Donna established Service Extraordinaire International Inc. a 100% minority, female owned business and provided catering and related hospitality services for over 25 years. Some notable clients have been: Howard University Board of Trustees, Bowie State University, the Central Intelligence Agency, National Gallery of Arts, Prince George’s County Inaugural Gala and VIP Reception and Swearing-In Ceremony, Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT), Choice Hotels, Prince Georges Chamber of Commerce and the Maryland National Capital Park; Planning Commission, the Attorney General of Puerto Rico, The American Liver Foundation, Sodexho and the Washington D.C. YMCA. Some notable international clients have been: Thabo Imbeki/President of South Africa, Embassy of Saudi Arabia,, German Delegations and Japanese Delegations to the United States. There were also many cherished private clients.
