I loved having conversations with Diego, I wish I could have just one more. less

He begged me to take him to the batting cages almost every night so he could get better and I could help him work on his swing. He was so happy to be there, and I loved how hard he worked because he was determined to make the high school team, and he did. Diego, you are such a bright soul that has such an impact on our community, and I know that you are looking down on us from heaven with the biggest smile on your face. You will always be like a little brother to me and I will never forget you. Love, Ashton. less

Diego was always such goof ball! When we lived in the same neighborhood, him and Dante would always come to the door and ask my roommate if I could “come out and play”. Such a joy to be around. I’ll miss him a lot
