OBITUARY
David was born in Denver, Colorado to Stan and Anne Johnson on November 26, 1943. He was a graduate of the University of Denver in 1964. He married Betsy Viola in Denver on September 11, 1965 and had two children, his daughter Lisa Johnson (Barolo), and his son Mark Johnson who preceded him in death in 1989.
