After a 4 year long battle with thyroid cancer, Consolacion Guevarra "Wewe" Pulido died on September 21, 2021 at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. She was born on August 30, 1955 from Macario and Marcela Guevarra in San Joaquin Santo Thomas Batangas, Philippines. She was one child of a family of 11 brothers and sisters. She went to Our LAdy of Fatima University getting a degree in nursing where she provided her as services as it was her main profession for her entire life. She was married to Edgardo Pulido in 1983 where they were wed for 38 years. During this time, she had two children: Michael (37) and Adrian (34). She has been the rock of the family up until her passing by doing everything in her power to keep everyone safe. As a mother and wife, she was the caretaker of her husband and did everything for her boys to become the men they are now. The funeral will be held on October 7, 2021 with viewing hours from 4 pm to 8 pm at Earthmann Southwest Funeral Home. On October 8, 2021, there will be a mass held at Holy Family Catholic Church at 11 am. The family would like to extend a thanks to the wonderful team at MD Anderson Cancer Center for their help and care. We also would like to thank all our family and friends for the overwhelming love and support shown to the family during this difficult time.
