On July 31, 2021, Clemente Escobar Palencia, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather passed on to be with our Lord.  Born in Guatemala on June 23, 1936.  He was married to his wife Maria Irene Escobar for 58 years, had eight children, 20 grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.  He started off as a telegraph messenger but was most known for all his hard work as an evangelist and also as an ordained minister.  His passion for saving souls lead him to pastor in Guatemala for 30 years and 25 years in United States.  The same message he preached for many years is what gives his family and friends comfort and peace, knowing he is rejoicing in Heaven, his forever home.

“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept faith.” 2 Timothy 4:7

El 31 de Julio de 2021, Clemente Escobar Palencia, un amado esposo, padre, abuelo y bisabuelo paso a la presencia de nuestro Señor. Nació en Guatemala el 23 de Junio de 1936. Compartió su vida con su esposa María Irene Escobar durante 58 años, tuvo ocho hijos, 20 nietos y tres bisnietos. Comenzó siendo telegrafista,  pero su amor y devoción por Dios le llevo a dedicar sus dias en predicar el evangelio. Trabajó duro como evangelista y también como ministro ordenado en varias iglesias. Su pasión por salvar almas lo llevó pastorear iglesias en Guatemala durante 30 años y 25 años en Estados Unidos. El mismo mensaje que predicó durante muchos años le da a su familia y amigos consuelo y paz, pues el ahora se regocija en el Cielo, su eterna morada.
