OBITUARY
I've known of Chih-Ying Tsai Hwa since the early 1950's when we lived in Hong Kong.  My parents received her wedding photo, framed and posted it on the wall of our stair well.  My mother very patiently explained that Chih-Ying was the oldest cousin on my father's side of the family.   From 1978 until now, since my move to California with my husband, I've kept in yearly contact with Chih-Ying often by phone and sometimes by visits to...  see more
