OBITUARY
CeCe, You are the reason for the smile on my face! CeCe - the Encourager! Our short encounter has changed the way I view my journey and growth in noticing the needs in others. Your intentions are always to help the children, parents and those who are facing challenges in life, to know that they are accepted and there is hope.
