OBITUARY
Carlos was an amazingly caring man with an endless sense of humor. He loved his wife and family deeply. He made any adventure so much more enjoyable than just the adventure itself. We were all blessed to have him touch our lives. To see the full obituary, you can visit www.moapavalleymortuary.com

Carlos will be greatly and dearly missed. I’m going to be lost without him, because whatever I needed I just knew Carlos would have it; from a generator to the 9mm he let me use just so I could get certified for my CCW. He even gave me a crash course on guns and how to use one with only 5 days to spare. I even started saving my bullet casings per his request because we had plans on reloading the ammo. We had sooo many plans unscheduled that we had yet to fulfill. We were going to take a boat trip out on the lake, an ATV ride, shooting out in the dessert with the Laupua, since he promised it would break my shoulder. And the list goes on…I will miss his stories, even the ones he forgot he already told me, his jokes, sense of humor his phenomenal phase 10 skills and his smile. Xoxo less
My condolences to the Mansazare's family may God bless you all, just know Carlos is another angel who got his wings. We all loved him but God loved him more.
Every time I called him when driving to Mesquite or in Vegas, he and Shelly would take the time to come visit. It was such a pleasure just to be around him and listen to him talk. I will always remember Carlos' sarcastic sense of humor. Bantering with him was a riot.
More than that, I will never forget how kind and generous Carlos was (underneath his smart-ass exterior), and the love, compassion and support that Carlos and Shellie shared when my son, Kyle, was diagnosed with cancer.
To share just a few examples, of many, Carlos and Shellie thought of, arranged, and paid for Kyle, Ashli and Josh to fly over the Salt Lake valley in a small private airplane. It was a fun and special outing for Kyle, a once-in-a lifetime thing, with great friends, in the middle of a scary time. So thoughtful! (Carlos isn't in the attached picture of the plane, but that's fitting, as he always did nice things behind the scenes, without any fanfare or desire for recognition.)
Carlos, Shellie and their kids also went with our family on a few four-wheeling/go-kart trips up Skyline Drive. They hung out with us at Kyle's Make-a-Wish party. In other words, they made time to be there for us, and to do fun things to cheer Kyle up.
They were great friends, a huge support through a difficult time, and I will always remember them and their kids fondly!
Today, my heart goes out to you, Shellie, Josh and Ashli! I wish you the kind of love and support from family and friends that you showed to us!
