It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved husband, father and grandfather, Canute Newton Brown of Las Vegas, Nevada on July 25, 2022 at the age of 85. After a recent decline is in his health Canute passed away in a rehabilitation hospital, receiving treatment by the best medical professionals. He will truly be missed by our family, dear friends and community. Canute always made a great impression on everyone he met, and was full of life. His laugh, smile, kind-heart, generosity and wit will forever be missed. The money raised will be used to help our grieving family pay for any out-of-pocket funeral expenses, basic living expenses and grief counseling as we begin to cope with the sudden and unexpected loss of our loved one. Canute's only biological child, Chad, is especially devastated by his passing. Sadly, his Dad's sunset occurred just a week before the anniversary of his Mom's sunset, and he is now left to figure out how to live in a world without the physical presence of his parents, both of whom he deeply loves and admired.
