On August 1, 2021, Candace Werdick Zarbock, passed away at the age of 69. Born Valentine's day in 1952 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to George and Mary Werdick, "Candy" was a loving mother, sister, and friend. Working and teaching in the dental hygiene industry for 30 years, she later earned her Master's degree from University of Tennessee in 2011. Candy raised two children, Billy and Kristen, in Coral Springs, Florida.

Candy's sense of adventure could be seen in her years sailing and snorkeling around South Florida and the Bahamas. A free spirit, Candy loved celebrating her Irish heritage among friends and collecting Gaelic knickknacks. A warm-hearted single-mom, Candy was openly proud of her two kids with whom she was very close.

Candy was preceded in death by her father, George Werdick, and her mother, Mary Werdick. She is survived by her children Billy Zarbock and Kristen Zarbock; her grandchildren, Charlotte Zarbock, Layla Burke, Aidan Burke, and Gabriella Burke; and her siblings Sally Isenberg, Pat Lipetzky, and Mike Werdick.
