Benjamin Lewis Hull, 37, passed away on Friday, November 8, 2019, at his home in Fort Worth, Texas. Ben was born on May 12, 1982 in Fort Worth. He attended Daggett Montessori, Lily B. Clayton, William James Middle School, and Paschal High School. Ben was a lifelong member of the Baha'i Faith and actively pursued a personal spiritual practice.
After completing his formal education, Ben worked in his family's businesses then recently established Hull Auto Group, his own independent auto dealership in Fort Worth. During his time at Paschal High School he met Diana Menchaca, who would eventually become his wife. They married in May of 2018 then established a beautiful home in Fort Worth and were looking forward to starting a family.
Ben had a lifelong interest in science and pursued independent study of many subjects. He was exceptional with computers, had a natural and refined aesthetic sense and always had a passion for outdoor sports. Ben played soccer and skateboarded throughout his school years, was a certified advanced scuba diver, skilled snowboarder and frequent cyclist. He was adept at fitness and nutrition. Ben had a special gift for understanding human nature and deeply cared about his many friends and family members. He had an original wit and playfully endearing sense of humor, was a gentle loving soul with many radiant spiritual qualities who will be dearly missed by all. He showed great kindness towards animals and had several cats which has prompted his family to request that memorial gifts be made to The Humane Society of North Texas.
Ben is survived by his wife Diana Hull, his mother Cynthia Lewis, his brother Aron Hull, his step-sister Carrie Reilly and her husband Thomas Reilly; by his father George M. Hull and step-mother Rochelle Hull, by loving members of the Menchaca family; and by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Joanne Fowler and O.E. Hull, and stepfather B. B. Fowler; maternal grandparents John and Elaine Lewis; and by his aunt Dee McCombs.
Ben has been lovingly laid to rest at Greenwood Memorial Park, 3100 White Settlement Rd., Fort Worth, TX 76107
