OBITUARY
Passed away at his home in Ellicott City, Maryland on Friday, 25 March 2022. Andy, as he was known by family and friends, or Broch, as he was known by childhood friends, was born on August 16, 1936, to William (Bill) and Florence. He is survived by his wife, Joan, three sons, Kirk, Darin, and Justin, daughter, Ashley Considine-Shanahorn, seven grandchildren, and sister, Phyllis.   He joined the D.C.     One of my favorite pics with my Dad. One of the only times I remember him wearing a beard, and I loved it. The sailor’s cap, salt and pepper beard, and our favorite beach made this a great pic and a great memory.
