Standing over 6 feet tall with curly brown locks and a few subtle tattoos, she was a beautiful soul both inside and out. Alysha loved the outdoors and depending on the time of year could be found snowboarding, walking dogs, paddleboarding, doing yoga, or just soaking up the sun. She might also be singing a Disney tune.
Diagnosed with stage IV breast cancer in 2011, Alysha combined Western medicine with naturopathic techniques to fight cancer for over 8 years, defying the expectations of many doctors. She never gave up hope and lived life fiercely traveling and making beautiful jewelry. Alysha was truly a ray of light, touching everyone she met. We will miss her dearly and always remember the love she radiated.
