I sit in wonder hoping and praying that somebody will wake me up from this nightmare. I wait in vain because you have truly gone to rest with your maker. All we have left of you are memories. Great memories of the amazing times we had when ever we visited Cameroon. You made our trip fun and memorable. Making sure that we were comfortable and lacked nothing. During that period you spoke with excitement and showed us the various projects you were involved in. What fun we had as you did every thing to teach us a few phrases in the Noni dialect at every opportunity you had. I thank you for those memories. At work you took your faith, honesty, hard work and passion to every position you were blessed with in life and turned it into a success story. You treated people with love and respect. Your kindness and generosity knew no bounds. Your soft-spokenness was a source of comfort to many people as you tried to see the good in every situation. You were a devoted father and husband. Your love for your children was a gift. You instilled in them humility, honesty, hard work and above all the love of God. Its upon this foundation that they have today grown into amazing young men and woman. We pray that they continue in your foot steps and keep your flame burning bright. I know that they will make you proud cause you were one amazing dad. For Lydia, may she find peace in knowing that she was married to a gem. She used to sometimes wonder aloud to me how come God gave her such a blessing. Yes indeed you were a gift and a blessing. You stood by her and she stood tall. Yes sister, even today in your grief you can still stand tall and thankful as you draw from those precious memories to lift you up even on your darkest day. Be strong for him, for yourself, and for your children as you look up in faith, look back in thankfulness, and look ahead in confidence knowing that the one who holds tomorrow has you all in the hollow of his hand .May the power of the resurrected Christ grant us the grace when we will all meet to part no more . The family will always think of you, and we will always know that you'll be looking down on us keeping us safe, making sure everything goes okay in our lives, making sure that we live a good life just like you did.
We will miss you so much, so will all the lives that you have touched.
