I'll remember Calum first and foremost for his kindness and compassion. He was big in every sense; his heart, his smile, his intellectual capacity and his ambition. I was fortunate to spend time with him in a few different places, the last being a trip to the snow when we were both in Canada 5 or so years ago. Seemingly like most things with Calum, as soon as he hit the slopes he was naturally brilliant - another example of his innate capability and success - and always underpinned by gentle humility and humour. Calum was always one of the first people to encourage and celebrate the success of others, and I'll never forget how good he was to me personally when I transitioned into a different industry. A natural leader, and a unique and special person who will be sorely missed. Rest easy big man x
