I will remember my father for the things he liked most: solve mathematical challenges (until 4 am if needed) and to help young students to understand maths better.
He could talk for hours about his work (he was a bit less strong on the listening part, though).
He liked to watch football, Bayern Munich in especial, and also Formula 1.
And he loved his two - great character - dogs Aramis (Newfoundlander) and Drago (Labrador).
