Alex and I knew us since more than 35 years ago. We grew up in the same small town close to Frankfurt. We went to the same school, we were listening and enjoying the same music (jazz, fusion). We went together with his parents to Spain on holidays, being 13 or 14 years old. When he was moving to SAE in Munich and afterwards travelling abroad, I went to my university in Northern Germany.
While everybody was following his own career paths, we meet again around 2010 when I went to Munich myself. Since that time, we were able to see us regular, especially over the last years. Even, two weeks ago we had dinner together and enjoyed our life. I am thankful, reading all your posts and stories how you met Alex and enjoyed the time with him. I am proud of his achievements and to realize, how he enriched not only my life, but also the life of many others around the world. It is so sad, and he will be unforgettable……
