I'm very sorry I couldn't be there today to honour Alex's life - I know there are many of us who would have attended his funeral in person if we were able to. Instead, today I planted a beautiful red flowing gum tree on my property in the Byron Bay Hinterland (kindly gifted by Jenna, Zoe and Cathy) to honour Alex's life and to remind me of my dear friend every time I pass it. Rest In Peace Alex.
