When we flooded in the 90s, we had no place to live. Donette and Leroy invited us into their home even though they didn’t have room for all of us. But that didn’t matter to them or us. We felt like one big family. For 3 months we stayed with them. And Leroy and Donette cooked for us. Their love made a lasting impression on me. They showed me how to give to people in need. I will always cherish the time I had with them!
