I didn't know David well enough or long enough. I thought of him as a gentle soul with a twinkle in his eye. Seems we met just as things hit the fan for Charmaine and David. They were on a trip of a lifetime when David became ill. When my husband was diagnosed with cancer the four of us bonded closer. We could talk about all the stuff that no one else would really want to hear. I'm glad David and my husband John had each other. At his birthday party someone asked how we met.
