Annie is the bravest. and most forgiving person I have ever had the honor to know. Until she met Ollie a year and a half ago, who brought her so much joy, her adult life was full of hardship, loss, her disease and the stigma that went with it, but she never gave up. She fought for her life every day and embraced joy whenever she could. Her long battle is over now and for that I am grateful, but I will miss that smile. I will always cherish the time we had, and I will do my best to honor her by trying to be as brave and forgiving as she was. She wasn't a saint, (who of us are), but to me she embodied all faiths. She was grateful for all of the good, and she loved and forgave as she wished to be loved and forgiven. I feel blessed to have known and loved her, and I will miss her dearly. Aunt Cathy
