My Memories/Reflections

It was a joy and pleasure to get to know my uncle better in my adulthood. My fondest memory is when Uncle Son visited Florida one year for Christmas. We had a blast and cultivated a great bond.

My son, Mario was hospitalized and before I could make the rounds to call, he immediately phoned me and prayed for his recovery.

On June 12, 2020, I phoned to wish him a Happy Birthday and to speak with him on a personal note but he didn’t answer. However, it was odd but I just chalked it up as he was busy celebrating. Hence, I left him a celebratory birthday message on his voicemail. Upon him returning my call, he was so apologetic that he had missed my call. As always he was so kind and gave words of wisdom and encouragement during that call.

This # 4 starting the chapter of your favorite Bible scripture certainly has shedded new light to me, but the verse alone is so powerful.
